On a mod coming to you for something pls help then ASAP If a mod has came to you there will need to be a sort of proof to any problem.
IP Banning:Only Ever IP ban if someone has been caught ban avoiding or is a serious problem that has to be banned immediately.
Approval for ban:if they can list reasons u can give mods permission
Admin Panel:If you don't know what your doing don't do it
now if we get a report about a admin abusing power rest assured there will be a full investigation before any type of disciplinary action is taken. disciplinary actions will be agreed upon by the head admins and will match the abuse of power if any has been committed. after the investigation has been completed if we the head admins agree that power has been abused you will receive a pm regarding our findings and the disciplinary action being taken.
